Buying from Us vs. a Local/Franchise Shop

The difference in buying from us vs. buying from a local/franchise shop

We want you to know the difference in buying from us vs. buying from a local shop. We know our services are not for everyone, and we want to be as transparent as possible so you can decide if we fit your needs or not.

Advantages of doing business with us:

1. Save money
If you are on a budget or just a conservative consumer, we will save you money on your next tire purchase.

2. Brand Options
We have 90% of the brands on today's market, between our three warehouse suppliers. We are sure to be able to meet any specific brand needs or tire mfg requests.

3. Inventory
Our warehouses have 4,000+ tires on hand and in stock available for pickup/delivery within hours or end of day. We also have a network of over 90+ locations nationwide we can pull inventory from; normally on 1-2 days away if outside of our regional location.

4. Pickup/Delivery
We offer convenient meet-up pickup or delivery (small fee) to the greater Oklahoma City area within a normal 20 mile radius. We will deliver to your favorite tire shop, porch work, shop, or mutual location.

Advantages of doing business with a local tire shop:

1. Convenience
Tire shops have tire machines to install your tires, and can be a one-stop shop for your tire needs. They have overhead, employees, insurance, rent, equipment leases, etc...which means tires cost more.

2. Road Hazard/Warranty
Most tire shops offer free road-hazard warranty on the tires they sell. This means you get a nail; they will repair it for free or significant discounted price. If you have a tire fail that falls within the mfg warranty, they will replace your tire with another new tire, and handle your warranty claim without hassle or cost.

3. Inventory
Most tire shops keep the most common tire sizes in stock on site. This obviously cuts down on time by already having the tires in stock.

Our warranty vs most shop warranty

We offer the same mfg warranty on the tires we sell as local tire shops do. The difference is, if you have a failure within mfg warranty; the warranty process is your responsibility to navigate. Normally that would require a mfg claim, and a period of time waiting for the mfg to determine warranty liability and replacement.

A shop will handle these warranty claims for you and get you on the road faster by putting a new tire on for you and dealing with the mfg on your behalf.

If you buy from us, we do not handle warranty claims. We will however, provide you with a replacement tire once the mfg has issued a credit for your claim and we have access to a replacement. Sometimes, specific tires and models become backordered, and will cause extreme delays on same exact tire in some instances, which can be frustrating, but out of our control.
